Message From Our Pastor

We are neighbors! We are placed here in the Glenwood community to serve everyone. We praise God for our Church and for the people who make it what it is. Carr Memorial United Methodist Church is a friendly and loving group of people just waiting to meet you and be your friend in Christ Jesus. We just wanted to let you know that you are welcome to come and worship with us at anytime you wish at 1544 Glenwood Road, Princeton, West Virginia. We want to be your neighbors.

On Sundays, we begin our day at Carr Memorial at 10:00 a.m. with Church School classes for children, youth, and two adult groups. At 11:00 a.m. we meet together in our morning worship service. We also offer Children's Church each Sunday morning. At 6:00 on Sunday we have an informal song and Praise service. During the week, we meet at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday for Bible study and prayer service.

Our Choir director meets with our Choir each Wednesday evening at 6:30 for choir practice and a wonderful time of growing as God's people learning to sing new compositions to share in the ministry of music. Our Youth meetings are at 6:00 on Sundays and we have other activities that are listed in our Sunday bulletins.

Some of our neighbors call with prayer requests, and we have seen God work in many lives. If you need us to pray for you let us know.
